The phone, with tone and volume control, offers amplification up to 40dB, as well as a bright visual ring signaler and an extra loud ringer. A full duplex, amplified speakerphone is also extremely helpful. For people with reduced vision, it offers nice big buttons, talking caller ID and a talking keypad, and a large, easy to read display. An integrated answering machine can amplify messages up to 40dB as well and has slow message playback to manage the playback speed of those messages.
