The offer applies to calls made to landline numbers to Taiwan and addressing all clients Localphone 12 pm GMT November 8 till 12 pm GMT 15 November 2012. They can call from a mobile phone, landline or computer from anywhere in the world and Localphone does not load them. After the promotion ends at Taiwan, calls will be charged at the normal rate cheap 1.6 Localphone ¢ USD / GBP 0.8 p or 1.4 c EUR per minute.
