NewVoiceMedia is strengthening its position in Asia Pacific as a leading cloud contact centre vendor, with the appointment of Glenn Aspden as Technical Sales Director APAC.
Glenn joins with 18 years’ business solutions management experience, most recently serving as Operations Manager at National Australia Bank (NAB) where he managed contact centre technology for its 3,000-seat virtual contact centre. Prior to that, he held senior positions at a number of contact centre vendor and telecommunications businesses including Stellar, Excelior and Telstra.
The company’s commitment to the region is an integral part of its plans for worldwide expansion, and the announcement closely follows the appointment of Brett Waters as Vice President, Asia Pacific. NewVoiceMedia is growing at more than twice the rate of the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market according to industry analyst DMG Research, and has doubled the number of staff in the last year to meet the increased demand for its technology.
